A truth so difficult to swallow,
A house now feeling so hollow,
A person taken from life to death,
A great strife filling up my chest.
My mind on her, my mind a mess.

A deep blue has commenced.

When I can see you,
I am not certain.
But the passage of life is never curtained.
I will see you, I promise,
By the rocks
Down the seashore,
Where the tides flows on,
With memories and more.

And of that I am sure.

And when that time comes,
It will be once more,
That we are held in each other’s arms,
Feeling our loss, feeling torn.
But comforted we are,
By one another’s embrace.
A glimmer of hope,
God’s grace.

May we say our goodbyes,

Without regrets.
Happy once again,
But never to forget.
She is everything to us,
So we must be strong,
We must.
Death will never take her away,
For she lives on within us all.
